Just a short post as I’m pretty drained after flying home and having a cold.
I made it back home to Brisbane today after 8 months traveling. The trip took me completely around the world and included these major cities (in the order visited)…
- Brisbane (home)
- Fiji
- Hawaii (Waikiki)
- Vancouver
- Toronto (spent summer here)
- Las Vegas
- Chicago
- New York City
- Niagara
- Montreal
- Quebec City
- Winnipeg
- Glasgow
- Edinburgh
- London
- Brussels
- Amsterdam
- Paris
- Rome
- Venice
- Florence
- Napoli
- Vouliagmeni (beach near Athens)
- Athens
- Dubai
- Singapore
- Brisbane
It was an amazing experience and something I’ve never done before. Obviously I have lots of photos and videos, most of which I simply haven’t had time to upload. I’ll slowly add them to my Flickr and YouTube accounts over the next few months.
During my travels I was able to run my business and of course blog too. This included completing two six figure product launches and generating six figures in affiliate sales. This is definitely a good thing because I can tell you – Europe is expensive for us Aussies!
Now that I’m back home my immediate priorities, besides getting over a cold, is to support all the new Become A Blogger Premium students and the Blog Mastermind students, clean up the email I’ve let pile up a little during the last couple of weeks and then just chill out for a bit before getting into 2009 project work.
I look forward to catching up with the Aussies and I hope everyone has a great holiday period wherever in the world you are.
Yaro

Wow that was some trip, I bet it was amazing, but I’m sure you’re glad to be home!
Have a great Christmas, can’t wait to see what you do next in 2009…
That certainly is an impressive trip! One day I’ll do something like that. One day. Probably.
Hi Yaro: That is so very cool that you travelled around the world. I look forward to the day I do the same thing. I just found your blog and I plan on learning every single thing I can from you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I am very impressed with what I have read so far. I certainly will be commenting on other posts you have on here.
Thanks
Robin
Hey Yaro -
Welcome back! Hurry up and shake that jet lag and update the Flickr photos so I can live vicariously through you =)
Matt
Wow that sounds like an absolute blast. Me and my wife are planning something similar. Hey Yaro, I see that you spent a lot of time in Canada. Yeah, it’s pretty in the spring and summer. I didn’t know that you were coming to Niagara Falls. My wife’s family is from there and we go back and forth all the time. Hope you got to see the falls and go on a wine tour. Great grapes here : )
hi yaro. i am really jealous. You must be earning a lot..
Nice trip and nice to have you back
Hi Yaro!
Great to know that you stopped by Singapore! I’m from Singapore!
Hope you’d enjoyed your stay here. But the next time you’re here, I’d be glad to show you around. Especially if you’re into food.
Anyone here is welcome to look me up as well.
Cheers~
Mark
A whole summer in Toronto, what a great city. great people. That would be a dream for most people. Then you got to see all those other places.
You have done what few will ever get to do in their lives. All thanks to your success with Internet Marketing. Very impressive. Very powerful. Very inspiring to us who are working our way up in Internet Marketing to reach a lifestyle that we can only dream of right now.
As a student of Michael Cheney and Alex Jeffreys I have a great interest in what you have to offer as will many of my blog readers. I am going to put a link to your blog on my site. I am sure many people will benefit from it.

Wow, great trip. I admit I’m jealous
And yes, every time I return from the US I notice how expensive Europe is. Lately we started to do extended shopping sprees while in the US
Hi Yaro,
Man, stories like that from successful bloggers and online marketers are what keep beginners like me working hard!
I just got started (with the help of Alex Jeffreys’ coaching), and will be working non-stop to catch up with all you guys.
Meanwhile, if you drop by North Carolina USA the next time around, I’ll buy you a “real” beer
Warm regards and please keep me posted,
Rov.

You did not come to Africa. We are waiting to see you. Please when next you plan to tour, make Nigeria your number one visit area.
Thanks for all the replies everyone and sorry I missed your countries this trip (especially all you Indians! – you guys and grils are all over the planet you know – EVERY city I went to had Indians in it).
I flew over India on the way from Dubai and Singapore. It would have made a good stop off point, but at this stage I was just keen to get home.
Maybe next time!
Welcome home Yaro.
Hey Yaro, glad you made it back home safely. I’m sure you had a blast, but you didn’t stop by Atlanta,Ga. Oh well maybe next time huh?
Terry
Holy mother of God! You really did go around the world. I have so much respect for people who travel frequently. I wish I could travel more. But with being a small business owner who is trying to grow his business it is very difficult to get away for any length of time. Nevertheless I press on and hope to be mostly absentee owner some day.
Hi Yaro:
I just found your blog the other day and tried to post but don’t think I was successful as my computer decided to crash on me before it went through.
I enjoyed reading your adventures around the world. I too hope to be int he position one day to do the same thing. I am sure it was quite adventurous.
I hope you are recovered by now
Look forward to reading more of your blogs…
Robin
quite a trip indeed! i’ve enjoyed following your travels. look forward to catching up in the new year
Dubai and Napoli, some of my two favourite cities. Dubai has all the money in the world, it’s the business! and Napoli has very little, but still has the best pizzas ever!
I think that the return home this is a big holiday for you. -))
Sorry I missed the meet up you did in Toronto. I truly enjoyed reading your blog and traveling exploits over 2008. Must be nice to be home.
Clearing out my feed reader after a nice long holiday break, and just saw this. Sounds like a great trip, and I’m sure it’s also nice to be home.
Have a great 2009 … look forward to hearing more from you soon.
Hey, you really have a lot of good content here. I’ve been online for about 4-5 years just learning the ins and outs of it all but this year I plan on getting my first online business started. Any advice would been amazing. Thanks for an awesome blog. Also, I am interested in purchasing your program at the 97 dollar a month level but on the pay page I do not see that option as talked about in your video.
Wow. I’d love to be able to do that eventually.
Dear Yaro

Wow, sounds like a fabulous journey! We are digital nomadic family 3 years into an open ended world tour, so truly understand the joys of such an experience. Waving from a 15th century village in Andalusia, Spain where we are spending our 3rd winter.
I just found you because of this post. Now, I am off to explore more!
Brilliant!! Must… Work….. Harder!! Need to travel world and make money! heh heh… Really sounds fantastic, though I think I’d prefer to visit a few places fewer and spend more time experiencing each, but nonetheless, sounds like a great experience
Wow! Amazing…what an inspiration you are Yaro! Welcome home and get well soon.
Damn, thanks for this post Yaro, this post really boost my spirit and inspire me a lot. . Thanks
