You can automatically redirect existing subscribers to FeedBurner so you capture all stats by following those directions. (In Movable Type, just create a new template that publishes to filename .htaccess, then create the code according to those directions.)

Let me know if you need any help – would be a shame to miss out on knowing how many subscribers you already have…
