Only things which really have done a shift would be the keyword-focused domains (check out doing a Google search for 'credit cards' sometime and see how keyword specific domains stand up against the giants). Other thing I've noticed - bit more of a shift down in terms of Meta Keywords - though still good to be in place, much more of a priority to focus on Meta Descriptions and reinforce with H1 tags and great content!
