And now it's already happening Yaro, the internet tablet has taken control all the sales of major gadget markets around the world. The iPad, the Galaxy Tab, the Sony Tablet, and more to come in the next FUTURE...

I think internet tablet is still cool when it is used at HOME, not on the go. Because it's too big, it's too heavy and it can nail your attention and concentration to one point, the sophisticated touch screen. It obviously can interfere the communications with the real persons along the way. However, internet tablet is still cool.

Now that they've come out with the iPad and the new iPhone 4, were becoming a step closer toward that direction.

I want one myself! Also, a lot of people want an all-in-one cell phone, like you mentioned, but I don't know. Personally, I would much rather have a laptop with everything on it. I know you can't carry a laptop around like a cell phone, so that's a problem. Oh yah, and those all-in-one cell phones already exist in Japan. CNN had an a story on how they're credit cards, keys, etc. Maybe you can import one into the country. Good luck finding a provider that can activate it, though.

“Remember, the cornerstone of sci-fi is aliens”

I disagree strongly. The cornerstone of “good” science fiction is how humans respond to aliens. It’s not about them; it’s about *us*.
In this, SF has a spiritual affinity with fantasy. Fantasy *can* be about elves and demons and magical artifcats, but at it’s best, it’s about
people and what how they respond to moral, emotional, and physical crises. The Hero’s Journey is not about Grendel or Exacalibur. It’s
about the adminrable qualities that make humans humans.

Hey Yaro,

I would say that today more than ever before you need to make a point of meeting people in real life. Personally i believe that the mobile phone will replace a lot of what regular pcs do for us today because let's face it.... who wants to be stuck behind a PC? Not me and definitely not you.... for that matter i don't think most people do. I've been conversing with a guy out of india on this issue... and he is working to ensure that this happens (the move to mobile phones). I've recently had thoughts of starting a transaction processing business via mobile devices... security is of course the biggest issue.

With myself venturing into online business again i know what this entails and that's fine for now. I think the hardest thing one must do with any business is make sure that it does NOT take over your life... and thats a fine balance. Online business can make it just that much harder because it isn't like you need a physical location to conduct business, its there 24x7.

I think management is key... afterall you can get wrapped up in business at times and need a "Breather", a chance to get out and do something that requires no thought. I find myself biking because i don't need to think i just go and do it... when i come back i feel refreshed and ready to go. Or hanging around with a good friend... that's why i am cautious to involve any good friend in something i am doing because it could ruin a good friendship.

Well now that i've written my piece i am off. Cheers
