Skype Video

Skype video conferencing is next on the agenda for the evolution of peer to peer communications. I love this technology so much, if only everyone around me would hurry up and jump on board the technology train. I’ve finally managed to convince my family to use Skype audio and everyone besides the grandparents are Skype users. Next will be a family video conference.

I think it’s time to get myself a camera…geek!

So begins the Skype Video War. What a cool arms race. There are three groups in the race. The IM people upgrading audio and video (AOL, MSN and Yahoo!), the Skype third party developers, and Skype itself.
