Last week I published two podcast interviews with two very successful people, Adam Short who specializes in niche websites, and Maria Andros, whose craft is social media.
These two people are experts at what they do and like myself, run successful businesses teaching what they do as well.
If you enjoyed the interviews and either person resonated with you and you’d like to learn more from them and work closer with them to achieve your online goals, then take a look at their respective programs that are both available only for a limited time.
Adam Short with his business partner Alen run Niche Profit Classroom, which is a fantastic program full of an incredible amount of resources if you’re interested in building niche websites.
You can join Niche Profit Classroom for $1 to try it out, however this offer is only available until Tuesday USA time. The fee is $67 a month if you decide to stay on after the trial.
Last Friday Maria opened up 200 spots in her elite coaching program, the Social Media Traffic Blueprint. The last email I got from her said one third of the spots are sold already, so I expect this one will be off the market by the end of the week, if not earlier.
Maria’s course is elite as she works closely with each group of students, however you do pay a higher cost for this one. If social media is your thing, and more importantly, you found Maria’s style really resonated with you, then take this opportunity to have her as your personal coach.
You can find out more at http://socialmediatrafficblueprint.com/
I’m an affiliate for both these people, however as you can tell from the interviews I only recommend them and their programs because I trust them and what they provide. Their programs may or may not be right for you, so study their offers and decide for yourself.
Good luck and thank you if you join either course via my links above, I appreciate the support.

"How To Start An Internet Business
& Make Your First $1000 Onine"

Yaro,
I am listening to a recording of Alex Jeffreys within my coaching program and he mentioned you as a leader for blogs. I read your comment on both Maria Andros and Adam Short, which I have been following both recently. Both parties appear to offer superior products, I just have so much time to dedicate to improving my knowledge via the internet. I am going to sign up for the $1 trial for Niche Profit Classroom. I am going to start following you and learn from one of the best.
Thanks
Richard
I hate when people say this niche thing is over developed and too crowded now. There are so many people that dont know what they are doing and then there are the others that just plainly give up on themselves….
So you should capture this gap and take over and become a power player. I especially like the bit on market research…i spend 2 hours a day doing this. I worked out if you dont take this step you fail….a good market will get you a few bucks…..BUT A HUNGRY MARKET will feed you for a lifetime. My mentor told me that….good advice IMHO.
enough selling, your starting to lose me Yaro…..
Dude’s gotta eat!
Yaro,
I need to echo David’s comment to you — you are losing me too!
I am getting increasingly worried that you are just using your blog postings and e-mails to (affiliate) sell big ticket items from people like Maria Andros and Adam Short.
Nowhere do you provide any evidence that you personally have studied their materials in-depth and can recommend them from your own first-hand experience!
Rather you ask us to determine if their sales pitches and presentations “resonate” with us. This is fabulous advice from a loopy “New Age” synchronicity perspective but terrible advice from a purportedly objective, unbiased advisor dedicated to protecting his valued readers!
Your interview with Adam Short (Part 1) raised a vital issue of basic fairness and equity — Is it right to pay someone in the Phillipines $3 for an e-book? (Wikipedia reports that “the daily income for 45% of the population of the Phillipines is less than US$2 a day.) In my listening, Adam Short came up “short” in his response to you and you then glossed over the whole issue.
Let’s get back to real content that informs and educates your readers. Please reassure me that your recommendations are not based on your large commissions as an affiliate sales person. Is that how you really generate a five-figure monthly income from your blogging??
You used to appear to me to be a really decent bloke from Oz–someone I could really trust and learn from. Did I get taken in by you??
Yours in deep disappointment,
Hans
PS One way to make amends to all of us is to promise to provide full disclosure of any conflicts of interest when you present, highlight, advocate or in any way recommend a product or service to us, your readers. The more total transparency you provide, the more integrity you show.
Hey Hans,
I appreciate your feedback.
I’ve been in this blogging for profit game for a long time and I know well enough that a blog post like this, that recommend products or services, will trigger responses like yours, some written as a comment, others never stated publicly.
I also know that many people really enjoyed the interviews with Adam and Maria and even though they do part-promote their respective courses, they consider the information they provide “real” content, to use your terminology – it provides value.
I’ve not studied Adam or Maria’s courses in depth, and when I recommend their materials I’m not writing a review. When I do reviews, that’s when I study the materials. I’m making my recommendation purely based on the person and the free content they have provided so far. I trust these people to deliver and if a majority of people I refer to them complain that they did not, then I won’t endorse them again.
So far Adam and Maria have not disappointed based on feedback I’ve received from people who have joined their programs. They don’t have spotless records of course, no one does, but on the whole they have satisfied the people I’ve sent their way.
In terms of resonating with the person you are buying from – if you don’t understand what I’m saying there, then you haven’t studied my marketing materials. Most of my sales are based on people resonating with me as a person, that’s why they buy.
As I’ve always said to any person who leaves a comment like yours, if you don’t get value from my blog, don’t read it. If you can’t take me writing a blog post that recommends a product, especially as I’m a person who makes money from blogging, then you need to move on. I would expect nothing else.
Good luck with your projects!
Hi Yaro,
Thank you for your extended response.
If you reflect further, you may come to realize that a complaint is really a gift if you are willing to listen.
Yes, of course, I could simply “move on” as you pointedly suggest but that would not be in the spirit of building a learning community. I certainly do not begrudge you the opportunity to sell affiliate products–It is, after all, your blog!
I only ask that you be extra mindful of being totally upfront and transparent before making any recommendation of an affiliate product that you are, in fact, an affiliate who will benefit from the sale. That way, your loyal reader and potential buyer is fully protected by knowing the total situation in advance. Indeed, this would build and deepen trust.
Forgive me if what I wrote in any way offended you.
Hans
I listened to the podcast by Adam Short and was really amazed about how this guy made money with all the websites he owns. Thanks for sharing such useful information. Will try to sign up for one of these courses….
No worries Hans – in this particular case the final two sentences in my article were pretty clear on the disclosure of it being an affiliate promotion, although to be honest I don’t usually state it so blatantly. It’s a grey area regarding how much disclosure is enough and certainly up to the individual.
I appreciate your feedback was in the spirit of constructive help, it’s sometimes hard to know as the “tone” of your words is lacking in text. I will take in on board as such.
Cheers,
Yaro
I can’t agree with Dave or Hans in their assertion that you’re blog has become nothing more than sales talk, using your established reputation to push affliates programs… I feel that for every post that feels somewhat like that, there are at least two posts that add value.. Personally I’ve come to recognise the difference at a glance and often only read the posts that interest me.. Of which there are many..
Keep it up Yaro!
Nice one Yaro.. and just like each and everytime you have always given great stuff that most of us can learn from. And from the hundreds of posts if one is recommending a product I don’t see any harm in it. I personally have been part of Yaro’s program and have been a very satisfied “customer”…
Keep it up Yaro!
Maria sais she wants to interact with her studenets personally.
How can she achieve that with 200 students in her programm. ???
2.500 US $ for a personal 3 day 8 people seminar could be OK, but 2.500 US$ for a mass event isn’t.
She’ll make 2.500 US$ x 200 = 500.000 US $ = Half a million US $ with her programm.
Sorry for my poor English, but could “rip-off ” the right expression for it?
Hmmm, you point there, Wolfgang. It seems like she is looking at making an insane amount of money. But you must remember that affiliate commissions still have to come off that figure, and she would be paying very high commissions. Then venue & catering costs are another factor, and all of this eats away at the bottom line. It is still a bit too pricey for me though.
Hi Yaro,
I am fortunate enough to be on the Alex Jeffreys coaching program and really enjoyed the live call he did with Maria Andros last week. I had not seen your podcast with her until now so I will listen to it later today.
David
As you are aware, I simply cannot afford the time for any courses. I however keep track of all such information and when necessary access them for short term action. Thank you.
Hi Yaro,
It’s my first time here and gotta say you have a ton of good information.
Alex Jeffreys suggested I visit here and take a look around. On that note, I was recently on a webinar with Maria Andros and all I can say is she has an incredible story and adds complete value with her knowledge of Video Marketing.
Anyone who chooses her as a mentor, will only get complete value.
I’ll check out Adam Short too, Thanks for info.
Cheers
Sean
it is really nice slecation….with a good topic and have a nice article……
The methods both of these individuals are using are proven to work time and time again, there will always be skeptics out there but if you take it for what it is, do your own research in addition to taking in any “affiliate commission promoted posts” you will be fine.
It’s just like anything else in life, someone may tell you that they really like a certain make of vehicle but your not going to go out any buy it just based upon that are you?
You are your own person, treat yourself as such and you won’t (hopefully) go wrong.
Personally I don’t mind you putting affiliate links in a post, I know some people are upset, but Yaro I’ve been following your blog for a while, and personally I feel you always give alot of value in so many previous posts. Quite honestly alot more than some of the current popular blogs out there.
Till then,
Jean
After reviewing Maria’s material last week I see nothing short of first class instruction she offers. I would take it myself right now, however not the time this go round. In addition I’m sure for any of those who do sign-up they’ll more than get their monies worth!
Gary Cooper
Yaro, thanks for this post!
Hi Yaro,
I was in Alex Jeffreys coaching program and he mentioned about you in his program and I decided to come check it out.
It is funny though, as he mentioned about Maria Andros in his program as well and now here on your blog I see her being promoted again.
If I remember she was also a guest at Anik Singals PPC Classroom Live earlier this year.
I am gonna try and follow her for sometime. I usually don’t buy things on first promotion
Yaro, thanks a lot again. I have really enjoyed your blog lately, and getting much out of the podcasts you do. I listen to them all the time and download one almost every other day for my walking. I walk in the mornign when I talk a break from my work and listen to the podcasts when I do that and in the afternoon too. I have learned much and hate it when I am at the end of my walk and theres still 30 minutes left tot eh cast. So I end up walking further. hahaha not only do your podcasts teach, but they promote healthy living!!!

luv yer show man…
Larry
I spent quite a bit of time reviewing Adam’s niche profit classroom videos on their site, unfortunately I didn’t find them until after this “$1″ promotion period had ended….
That’s fine… but they kept sending me emails still promoting this $1 trial period, even though you couldn’t sign up for it on the site. To make matters worse, you couldn’t even sign up for the full price course at $67 a month even if you wanted to – the claim is that it would be open to this price in 48 hours… hmmm that was a week ago.
I understand that I was the one who found their site late, however, they should be prepared to make a change to their auto responders and website copy as soon as an offer is discontinued.
I was fine with paying the full price…. but now am cautious as this really appears to be some type of “bait and switch” type operation… these are the same tactics that a used car salesman would use. Sad that I really think their videos show that they have great information… but my exerience of trying to do business with them has been soured and made me very skeptical of their operation! Sale Lost!
Hi, Yaro,
I’ve spent all morning catching up on your Mastermind emails/videos and taking copious notes. Thank you for providing such a wonderful course! Also, thank you for introducing me to Maria Andros and Adam Short.
Both of them resonated me with their videos, but in the end, I chose Adam’s course as it offered step-by-step tutorials in market research, a skill that I’ve needed to learn for a long time. When his course becomes available to the public again, I’ll post a comprehensive review about my results.
FYI I joined Niche Profit Classroom, after listening to the podcast you did with Adam Short. Great technique there. thanks Yaro!

Yaro, Great post!
I watched an interview with Adam Short and Maria Andros, and just amazed that they made money on the Internet. I think a lot they can teach us …
