Thanks Martin for the ideas. I've actually been article marketing for quite a while now and have platinum status at Ezine. I'm going to write something about my experience with that soon but I'm still collecting results to see how good it really is.

Where are you from Martin?

Yaro,

Definatley write a press release - at least on prweb.com and at your site.

If you participtate in online forums why not add a line to your sig (featured in the new book ..... etc).

Write a handful of articles and submit them to the usual article directories (and milk it there ... it'll help build credibility). In your Bio section simply state "Yaro has been featured in the soon to be relased book ...) - I was at first skeptical of articles as a marketing tool but they do work. I've written only 2 articles and when I search for them lots of people have been picking them up and using them.

Getting coverage in the Australian media for blogging is near impossible - only small success on that front has been Darren Rowse (ProBlogger.net) and even he tells me it's tough to get.

Thanks Martin and Jason...

Any ideas on methods to further milk it?

I might write a press release perhaps. I've been meaning to contact some of the local press here in Oz to get some coverage about a young guy bloging and running an Internet business for a living. I should add that to my to-do list...
