Tell me a little about you?

My name is Ray Roman, originally from Brooklyn, NY. I now call Kingfisher, OK. my home. I am a Right of Way Specialist, I acquire land for the railroad so they can build more tracks and and for cellular carriers so they can build cell towers.

Tell me about your blog The Millionaire Blog?

My blog is about getting out of debt, saving money, investing and giving. If you do these things right there is no reason why you can’t become a millionaire. It will take some time, as this is not a “get rich scheme”. It’s all about applying common sense knowledge and making these 4 things a priority in your life..

What do you think makes you blog standout from the thousands of others?

Well, I think it stands out because it give good advice and points people in the right direction. What I write about is not magic or some secret formula. I write about the struggles we all face when it comes to money, and the challenges we need to overcome to succeed.

What do you hope to accomplish with your blog?

I hope what I have learned and am learning can be used by others to get out of debt and become financially and spiritually wealthy. Spiritually? Yes, that right. I believe wealth without a spirit that is generous and caring is wasted wealth. There is only so much that I require, my hope is to meet my financial needs and then help others by giving. You have to give in the right spirit, without expecting anything in return.

How do you generate traffic to your site?

Content and lots of it. I have a good mix of original content and content that I refer readers to. I also list my blog in as many directories as I can. Most importantly I try to develop relationships with other excellent, relevant blogs .

Any final words of advice or wisdom?

Well advice maybe, wisdom I’m not there yet. I spend 15 minutes a day “thinking”. I believe as adults we don’t do this enough. Focused thinking lets your mind develop ideas and solutions. Don’t forget spiritual wealth. Money can only take you so far and is more a means to an end. Your legacy will be based not on how much money you had but what you did with it.
