This site has been more of a personal site - I have a separate design portfolio which has no picture of me... but I do believe that pictures add more human touch and make the websites friendlier. Should I go back to freelancing in the future I will definitely morph both sites. As for making the design industry sexy - I think this is valid for any industry, and both for males and females.
