And, did you use any broker or an established forum like DP or sitepoint? I'm looking at international buyers and hence consulting a lawyer wouldn't help much! I've about $100,000 as the price in mind (i know such numbers sound insane), but mainly revenues are from advertising so I guess a smart buyer shouldn't have problem in recovering the money within 2years at the most! One thing I also notice is that you seem very good at creating the good headlines to your posts. I wrote about just that on my blog - basically a writer has about 3 seconds to convince a person to scan a post and the more catchy and descriptive a headline can be the better. Just look at how newspapers sell papers. Yaro,
