Hi Yaro,

Interesting that you're thinking about vBulletin - as I was too. Have you researched and found it to be very stable and easy to monetize through adding Adsense or other banners and such? We're going to start a Thailand travel forum and it appears like most of the WordPress designers I've purchased themes from use vbulletin. So far, that's all I have to go on. Just curious if you've heard from anyone that it works very well - or, ? :) Vern

I am trying to put together a weekly magazine for Sr.Citizens in the Las Vegas area. I am retired now, and don’t have the resources to bring on a writer for any extended period of time, but was hoping someone could direct me to a good place to find a temporary and reliable labor source? Any help you can provide is really appreciated...

Talking about forums...does anyone know of any good forums for people who are creating website with a local aspect. For instance I own a local classified ad site for my city....I am lookign to find other people who have designed website for niche markets such as their local community and are monetizing it.

I'd stick with IPB, upgrade to 2.2 and you won't need to worry about the spam bots or security issues. Also, it's a lot more scalable than vb.

It's pretty easy. There is a converter provided by vBulletin called "impex". You should be able to download it from the vBulletin website directly.
