If you had something that as a result of the traffic directly created income and you know your conversion rates and the type of traffic you need in order to convert, then that's a different story. If you have money to spend and you want to increase your traffic - purchase some education on SEO or hire someone to SEO your blog, perhaps also consider hiring a writer to increase content output.
