Recently I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Matt Belcher. Most of the interviews I do focus on making money with blogs, however Matt’s area of interest is personal development and as a result he wanted to have a conversation more on mindset.
In the video interview you will discover…
- what was the core motivation for me to become an entrepreneur
- what three elements I look for when starting a business
- how I was able to travel and continue to make money online
- what area I think all new entrepreneurs should focus on first
- what books and courses I’ve studied over my lifetime
- how I dealt with panic disorder
- …and a whole lot more
You can find more of Matt’s work at his blog lifeturnaroundnow.com and he’s also recently published a book, The Little Book of Big Change!.

Great interview, I particularly liked the discussion on where you came from. Personally, I’ve found that those first few years that you blog are key to developing your brand and learning to become the successful person you will naturally develop into over time as long as you keep working at it.
For many new players in online marketing this process takes too long and they quit.
Thanks for your success story Yaro!
Some great points Yaro – once you hit that first 100k a year you get a sense of freedom that remains regardless how much more you make.
Great questions. If you boil it down to one answer, I think that would be “Freedom”.
Great topics. I believe there are so many more entrepreneurs today than ever before – thanks to the world of internet! Success has become much more achievable.
Awesome interview! It gives me inspiration to reach for that freedom in my life!
Yes as soon as you pass the barriers, there is no turning back
Hi yaro, that was an inspiring interview. You should always have the positive mindset. Building the business online is very challenging for a couple of years but when you have the business established, you can get the business work for you and then you will get financial freedom.
I couldn’t agree with you more, as in the begining of Internet marketing (blogging) you will certainly have to keep you head up and stay positive, as it can be a challenging task, but once the wheels kep rolling and the more you learn, it seems that things start to get a bit easier and more rewarding over time.
Very interesting interview, thanks for sharing.
Great value Yaro, this is my first time visitng your site and i’ll certainly comeback!

This was the first interview I’ve seen from Yaro and I enjoyed it. I learned a lote. More to come Yaro!
Great interview it is always good to hear what has and does motivate a person to do what they do. I know many people who have been given the abilty to travel and see the world while blogging and it has opened doors for people who never thought they would make it. But in this world it shows anything can happen if you try hard enough.
