Email & Helpdesk Responses Delayed

Something must have happened (tipping point? The Secret on Oprah – twice…maybe!) but ever since I attended the Rich Schefren my email and helpdesk have been inundated. I want to apologise in advance to any people who have contacted me recently if I am slightly slow in responding. I promise I will definitely get back to you but it might be a few days or even up to a week or more.

I’m about to leave for Australia with a couple of days in Hawaii on the way back. I’ll be back in Brisbane on Friday 23rd at which point I will have reliable net access again.

Hey Will – I think I became too popular for my own good the day that I decided hiring someone to deal with my email would be a good thing…

We broke the 2040 RSS mark a couple of times last week so that milestone has been achieved, at last.

I must say it is harder than in the “good old days” to build your RSS count.
