Yaro,

Thanks for the tip concerning Rich and Strategic Profits. I listen to the online seminar a few weeks ago on a Saturday. It was by far the best I've attended online. His recommendations were on solid ground and I hope to participate in his coaching program in the future.

FYI: His marketing tactics are well organized and relentless; clearly effective if he is selling out so quickly. Again, thanks for the tip.

Hi Caroline,

Rich certainly has a great niche and really knows the topic well. I'm a fan the premise of having a business that runs without you doing anything you don't want to do, which obviously makes me a great client for Rich.

Thanks for dropping by my blog.

Hello Yaro.. I found your blog a long time ago and more recently came into contact with Rich Schefren through completely different channel, and it's odd but strangely pleasing to see two worlds brought together! Having seen a number of Rich Schefren's presentations and read his material, I have no doubt he can be a great mentor for anyone looking to develop a sustainable business.

Troy - It's a tough decision. I must admit when I first joined I was very careful during the first month always looking for a reason to unsubscribe and get my money back.

In that regard if you are uncertain, remember you can always join up and get a refund if it feels wrong once you see the first lesson from Rich.

I stuck to it for the long haul and I'm glad I did (you can even see my testimonial on the sales page!), but it's not for everyone.

You do have to at least give it a shot before you know and don't worry, there is no way Rich is going to keep your money if you decide you want a refund in the first 30 days, which I don't think you will.

I have always found Rich's products very detailed and worth the price, but am still agonizing over the decision of whether to join this program or not. Sadly I normally opt-out when I can't make up my mind.

Hello Yaro,

Rich's program seems to be a real hit and will probably create many new successful business owners. Or what do you think Yaro?

Best regards

Hi,

Came across your site looking for something about aweber...

Have been exposed to the Rich Seferen Hype machine - via Joel Comm's e-mails...

Tell me please :
Is it really worth it $400 per month ?

I've seen so many of these over-marketed personalities pushing high-value products lately. Stompernet, Underground etc etc

Seems to be the latest internet fad: Selling Big Ticket items to people who can't seem to apply sound business sense to the internet arena.

I also read the Seferen legalese.
- Sure seems to tie you in to quite a commitment... despite the Guaranteed Money back thing i.e. you can't cancel with your credit card company.. except via the Seferen channels...
You only get a refund if you do the complete programme (how long is that ? not mentioned clearly in teh sales pitch ? 12 months I expect? 12 x $400 = $4800..) What happens if you don't complete it - do you not get a money back guarantee... seems at odds with the generous "feel" of the guarantee in the sales pitch...

He sent the pitch out to 112 000 people.
At a 1% conversion rate...
If he's got 1000 people on this - 1000 x $400 = $400K a month...

Is he really going to be able to give the same level of coaching he has to existing members who got such great results, to the 1000 newbies... if not, what are you paying for : en masse coaching ? Hello ?

He makes a lot of his experience - but anyone who's worked as a management consultant with one of the Big 4 (I worked for one for a few years..) knows that his track record doesn't sound that hot in their scale.Matter of fact - I set up 2 divisions in an I.T. multinational - one turned $2M in the first 7 months & the other did $15Million in the first 13 months..
Does that make a hero ?

Plus - quality coaching can be difficult to commoditize, like he seems to be trying to do.

I don't want to be a naysayer...
Just seems like a lot of marketing hype & on quite a shakey basis - the beneficial gist of which I could probably get by buying buy a stack of motivational & business management books from Amazon & injecting my own chutzpah.

Makes me wonder if people leave their business sense at the door, when they start doing internet business... or did they have little or no business savvy to start with... ?

And I'm not tying myself into $400... or is it $4800 to find out if I'm right ;)

Hi Kunal,

You sure are everywhere on my blog man :)

Rich's training is theoretical and practical - sort of building up on each other. For example you learn why metrics are important and then are taught what metrics you might choose to collect for your business.

For me personally Rich's training has been great for changing my mindset on how I get things done. I now always look for more efficient ways to product outcomes without relying only on my efforts.

It was shortly after joining Rich's program that I put an admin person in charge of BetterEdit.com and now that business almost runs itself. The same goes for everything I'm doing now with blogging and as you will see soon I'm going to start looking for more people to come work and learn with me.

Rich really over delivers in information, so you need to systematically choose what areas you need to focus on, get them running up to speed and then work on the next. The challenge is to determine what your current points of constraint are and work solely on them.

Mine at the moment is a lack of resources so I'm personally doing too much at once. I need to increase cashflow so I can bring more people to work with me and achieve more output.

Once I can do that, I'll have more time and energy to do things like podcasts and screen videos etc.

Yaro, my friend!

You've attended Rich S' conference before - have you been able to implement some of his ideas already? What kind of results have you seen thus far? I am aware that everyone is in a different situation, (different skillset, niche base, etc), thats why I'm posing this question, specifically to you, and interested in how you've carved your path on the www with this information.

Is the information more theoretical, or more practical? For example, one can be enlightened by the information, but it requires some time before being able to implement.

Thanks Yaro! Keep up the good work!

Ps - are you going to be doing any new podcasts? I found your previous ones really amazing (I listened to Cheney's one - gold, buddy, gold!)
