It’s been a great week – one of the best in my life so far. As I type this there are 233 members already in Blog Mastermind, which is much better than I expected for the first week. To be honest I would have been happy with 100, but I’m overjoyed so many people have decided to give Blog Mastermind a go and I’m eager to impress.
I just added the second e-lesson and the first member blog case study to the membership area and I want to jump back into the forums to answer more questions, but before I do that I have to make a quick blog post for anyone still sitting on the fence about Blog Mastermind to let you know that the early bird discount period is about to end.

I’ve got an article coming up next that looks and the difference between marketing through RSS vs marketing through email. I’ve just been through a product launch that made use of both mediums, so I’ve had a few insights into how they compare.

I’m disappointed. Your RSS feed is down so I missed the notice that the price was going to be increased. I just subscribed 2 days ago so I didn’t know it was a 7 day deal, I just assumed $47 was the usual price when I passed through the other day. Oh well…
The marketing through RSS vs marketing through email article should be an interesting read. I am curious to hear what your experience is with communicating effectively through RSS, especially with the variety of feed readers that are out there. I would also be interested to know if you recommend a solid way to determine the type of feed reader that is being used to pull your content. This type of information would be useful to further understand what you have to work with in regards to formating and ad delivery.
