Yaro, did you end up selling this group? I typically get 3 X net annual cashflow for my clients especially with passive sites that have a good amount of history 2+ years.
Let me know if you sold it?

15 to 20 times monthly valuation is very reasonable. Ive been involved in some sales where the price was 2 to 3 timse annual gross.
