my personal opinion: they are extremely overpriced. That’s exactly their point: they know that if the price is high then people think that there is something special that no one has. It’s a scam at the highest level.

Hi Yaro, thanks for the answer. I do have one question if you can help me on it. As I mentioned, all my training on setting up my web site is from what I´ve gotten from your resourses. The situation is that when I create a “category” for a new article it turns this “category” into a little box as part of my navigation bar up on top placed horizontally. By the time I write 20 articles I´ll probably have 10 or 15 categories and I think this will not look good and I know there must be a way to fix this because this bar normally only has a few items like in your case “Home”, “Artices”, “Postcasts”, etc. Is there some resourse that you can refer me to check out on this subject? I know you probably cover this in your complete training course but please bear with me as I mentioned that I can´t join you on it just yet. Thanks a lot!

Hello Yaro, I just wanted to let you know that I regard you very high in my list of mentors (I have a few) and even though I just got to know your work recently I fully took advantage of your book and video trainings and I just 3 days ago I got my first web site line which is of course a blog. It has to do with nutrition, good health and taking care of of our environment. I have been studying internet marketing for some time and so I have downloaded tons of e-books on the subject and I have read many of them ( have not gotten to read all of them yet) and when I got your book and watched the trainning it was the first time I decided on a REAL ACTION PLAN which did not occur with any of the other books I read. In consequence, having subscribed to so many other people´s materials, when the realese of the Stompernet 2.0 came out, my inbox was flooded with the e-mails of all the affiliates, (more than 20) pushing for me to use their link to take the offer. It was not hard for me to decide on this because my decision was based on WHOM HAVE I GOTTEN THE MOST VALUE FROM? and that´s YOU man! You are the man! So I have just taken advantage of the offer with your link of course.
I am sorry to not be able to join you on your course because belive me that if I could I would and this is one of the reasons why I wanted to get an on-line business.
Any ways this is just to let you know that I appreciate all that you do and that I follow your example.

If you read my sales page and the lead up information I produced (especially the blog profits blueprint) you will see that many times I say work is required. I’m clear about the outcomes possible and clear about what goes into making those outcomes a reality.

In our world today commerce would not operate successfully if we focused on selling work and effort (unless it’s a deliberate counter play to how everyone else is marketing) because humans do not like work and effort.

That doesn’t mean you have to be dishonest in your marketing, no doubt many marketers are, but it’s possible to present the good points as benefits and features without being unrealistic about the process required to get there.

My blog is testament to this idea – it’s an archive of nearly three years or hard work. Throughout the content I repeatedly talk about the effort and length of time it takes to get a result, while also talking about wonderful benefits I’ve enjoyed along the way.

Of course – you could say that about almost every free information product in existence…and of course the reply to this argument is that not everyone wants to hunt around for free information and would prefer to buy it in a format where it’s all available in the one spot and laid out in a logical order.

I have a feeling though that the experiments the stomper guys get up to are not replicated elsewhere, hence the information is proprietory in some regards.

The same can be said for the SEOMoz guys.

Remember not everyone has the same experiences as other people, hence they have unique insights that the free information doesn’t reveal.

I totally agree experience is the best learning tool but for some people spending money to buy the information is the impetus to take the action they need.

Why is it, that people think Internet Marketing Courses will reveal any golden gems not already available free online. Also, why don’t Internet Marketers be honest…stop the hype and truly develop a course with a headline that says “hard work required”.

I remember when Yaro launched his mentoring program… the ad copy was ridiculous. I understand that without such powerful headline no one would take action. But as marketers should we not be upfront and honest and tell them that making 10k a month from blogging will require an enormous amount of work/time commitment. And that only after …will it be possible to enjoy this 2 hours a day or week lifestyle?

I do however like Yaro for posting about this a few weeks back. I appreciate his honesty. But why wasn’t he honest upfront?

pfft, I don’t know what you’re ranting and raving about. I personally think the site has been hugely hyped up. All the information in there can be found free on several blogs and forums.

What this course might offer, is a way of educating someone who isn’t sure about SEO or social marketing.

But imo the only way you’ll really see how to do things the right way, is to spend a year or 2 actually testing and implementing ideas you come up with. Otherwise you’ll just be regurgitating what the experts say and do without really knowing if you’ve taken what they said completely out of context and used the information in an inappropiate way.
