Super Affiliate Blogger by Gobala Krishnan

Super Affiliate BloggerGobala Krishnan, one of my favorite Asian Internet marketers and one of my top selling affiliates for Blog Mastermind (I’ve sent him several hundred dollars worth of commissions every month for a year now) just released a brand new course Super Affiliate Blogger.

I have to admit I’m a bit ticked off that he’s done this because I have it on the cards to release my own training course for people wanting to use blogs for affiliate marketing, however since my program is probably at least six months away I’m okay with Gobala getting the jump on me. He uses a different system to what I do anyway, so it’s worth checking out his methods.

Here’s what Gobala’s new program is about -

Super Affiliate Blogger is more than just an e-book; it’s a complete system for affiliate marketing with blogs. It comes with a special link tracking system, special list building system and most importantly the customized Super Affiliate Pro WordPress themes. The theme is the most important factor here, as without this theme you will not be able to follow the instructions in the guide.

Gobala uses Pay Per Click (PPC) to drive traffic to his strategically crafted WordPress blog themes that focus on pre-selling an affiliate product. This is something I do not do – I’m not using PPC at all – I rely only on organic traffic and direct repeat visitors when I sell affiliate products from my blog.

Gobala’s system works with other forms of traffic too, however the great thing about PPC is that the traffic is instant – you switch it on and it flows and you can be making money in a matter of hours. Of course you have to pay money with PPC, so this is not something you want to get wrong for too long or you will lose money, you need to tweak things until you get a positive return on investment, which is what Gobala teaches.

The idea with Gobala’s system is to use a WordPress blog as a “landing page” that is themed and has content designed to pre-sell the visitor on an affiliate product. Obviously the plan is for as many visitors as possible to click the affiliate link on that blog post and then purchase the product, which is how the revenue is generated.

Gobala also makes use of targeted email lists he builds using his affiliate blogs, which is something I can wholeheartedly agree with (I’m all about email list building). His package actually comes with a plug-in called “opt-in forms manager system” that makes the technical part of adding an email list opt-in form to your blog easy. This is something I have to check out myself because I’ve wanted to get a service like this to my students too. If you purchase Super Affiliate Blogger from Gobala you get the plug-in.

Gobala provides a workbook that teaches the system, camtasia videos, a quickstart guide and a bunch of other stuff you can check out on the sales page. One of the best inclusions I think is custom designed WordPress themes you can put to use immediately to implement his system. They are crafted to sell certain types of affiliate products and are set up to use the tracking methods that Gobala teaches.

Testing and tracking is not something most bloggers do when it comes to affiliate marketing and it’s great to see a product that includes this topic and even provides blog themes to make the process easier. Props to Gobala for coming out with such a great feature.

Does This System Work?

Let’s state the obvious – affiliate marketing using blogs works. Thousands of affiliates make money every day using blogs to sell other people’s products. I’m doing this right now with this blog post (well, if any people buy Gobala’s product after reading this article I am anyway!).

What I can’t tell you is whether Gobala’s system works from real testing because I haven’t used it myself. I’m presently doing very well using my own established system and my business model is not going to change every time a new system comes out.

I will be straight with you – I can’t tell you whether this system will work for you, but if you don’t have a system yet and you are still in the learning and testing phase, this is something you can try and may just turn out to be a winner.

I like Gobala’s style and how polished his stuff is – he clearly puts a lot of work into it. I think he’s a great Internet marketer and I know he already makes thousands of dollars online. I also have to admit that I’m super interested in the topic of this product combining two of my favorite things, blogging and affiliate marketing, which is why I am recommending you check this out.

The entire product is $97, so it’s not a super huge investment considering you get all the tools and a pretty extensive manual.

Here’s the link again for further details (Gobala has free videos and two free sample chapters there you can check out before you buy) -

A word of warning – Gobala is using a long form sales page. It’s not too long and actually I think it’s quite a clean sales page, but I know how some people feel about pages like this, so you have been warned!

A Bonus If You Order Through Me

As a special bonus if you buy Gobala’s training package via my link, I’ll give you a copy in PDF of Blog Mastermind Lesson 22, which outlines my system for affiliate marketing so you can combine Gobala’s training with my ideas on the subject too.

To claim the bonus just send an email to supportATblogmastermind.com with your order receipt after buying Gobala’s product and my assistant Angela will send you the PDF via email once we confirm the order.

PPC, blogging and affiliate marketing is a powerful combination. PPC is amazing for targeted traffic. Blogging is great for qualifying leads and generating credibility. A blog will also help achieve a great quality score as most blogs are very well optimized for SEO.

I found the Super Affiliate Blogger and bought it just before Yaro posted about it. I have to say that I am very happy with the program and the step by step instructions are easy enough for a beginner. The overall functionality of the theme and how easily you can modify pieces without the technical coding is well worth the investment. I’ve only had it for a day and I’m almost ready to hit the live button and start traffic.

It is quite thoughtful of you to add your testimony here. It adds value to the credibility of the review done by Yaro. The review is a master-piece in that it is natural enough. However, having a testimonial attached to the review has added advantage. Cheers.

    Yaro,

I never think PPC will help me in getting more affiliate revenue through a landing page, but your review causes an urge to learn more about it :)

How’s it so far for you?

A blog can sometimes outperform a landing page, as it would be able to achieve a higher quality score, along with added credibility.

Vlad is right – and let’s not forget a blog is easy to set up and if tech is not your strong point using blogs rather than creating landing pages from scratch is easier.

Noobpreneur – I don’t actually use PPC on my blog, just on BlogMastermind.com and I outsource management of my campaigns because I’m not an AdWords guru…just a blogger.

Interesting product. I think i will check it out.
I was relying on organic traffic and it is growing very slowly. A CPC-boost could be an interesting chance.

I have been using Wordpress for affiliate sites for a while as well and have so-so luck. One took off and did real well, and the others are just decent income. I think I will get it and see what I am missing.

What a good spirit, Yaro! Giving push to your competitors! But I would still like to wait for your product. In my opinion, using PPC differs from niche to niche so you will still have to spend your money and gain YOUR experience from the specific niche you are working on.

I got Gobala’s Super Affiliate Blogger once it was launched.

I like his themes which has the option of using different type of pages for different purposes and also to match different side bars to the pages. Furthermore each set of side bar can be customised, enabling you to show different things to different readers down your sales funnel.

Will keep a lookout for your program as well since you use a different traffic generating method.

Because I have to re-release Blog Mastermind first, then my new program Membership Site Mastermind, plus I’m currently traveling around the world so it tends to slow my work down a little.

I don’t like to rush projects either – I like to put out good stuff rather than just get my programs out there so I can make money.

If not sales, then PPC might help out with increased exposure, which may also help in building up an email list at least.
    Worth trying out IMHO.

This product sounds to be good. So far I’ve been trying ppc with poor results so I switched to free advertising techniques. However I will take a further look at SAB as it seems to provide some really good and advanced techniques of blogging and ppc combination.

    Thanks for sharing this.

    Yaro,

Thanks for this honest review. About if it’s working or not. I think it’s the same with the most digital products. If you buy a good product it will work as long as you take action and follow the techniques described in that product.

The reason why the products are not working for so many people is just because they don’t take action or they start taking action and give up after a short time. So taking action and NOT giving up ist the key for success for any kind of business.

Yaro, I would have to agree with you when it comes to marketing my affiliate links. I prefer to use organic keywords for my traffic. I kind of like the idea of getting the traffic for free.
