It sounds to me you are reading the mindset articles in this blog, which are not part of the Blog Mastermind program, rather they are free content I provide on this blog to help.

What I would like to know is this: When are the calls where we can be online or on the phone line together? I think I am missing these but I haven’t seen the time and dates for them. Also, I noticed that when I Googled your name, there was a really nasty guy saying bad stuff about you and it was right up at the top. What came to mind was that it was a huge compliment to you. I’m sure he didn’t mean it as such, but he obviously feels you are the biggest threat to him and therefore the attack.

What I have noticed the most about you is your generousity and willingness to give information away and what I am getting for $497 is just amazing. I am committed to being a good student and growing through the prosess. So thanks a lot and I’m looking forward to all that is to come.

Assuming things go according to plan, I won’t be closing the doors to Blog Mastermind this time, so yes, you can join later once your schedule calms down.

Or of course you can join now and just save the materials for when you are ready to work through them. You get lifetime access to everything as long as my business is owned by me and you complete the training, so there’s no rush to actually study what you get until you want to.

The advantage of beginning now is you start with all the other students who just joined. If you prefer to work solo though that may not mean anything to you.

guess what… quite some time I ve been struggling to set up a decent blog about what is actually my hobby! Sounds all so simple but I never got it set up the way I want it. I just purchased the program and am eager to get started. One thing that I wanted to know as I sent people to your site last night to get ready for the launch yesterday morning, and many of them said that they registered for the newsletter…now if they go back to the site via the link that you would have sent them after they signed up, are those sales still going to be tracked to my affiliate ID#?

I was just curious because I have a huge database and had scheduled it to go out at 10:15 am, but because of the wonderful technology of today it went out immediately and I was getting messages from people stating that it was not open yet, when I told them in the email that it did not open until 10:00 am EST.

So anyway, that is my question and regardless if I end up getting the commissions or not, I know that what I will learn will far exceed that!

Membership Site Mastermind is 6 core modules -

* Module 1: Topic Selection and Preeminence
* Module 2: Traffic
* Module 3: Human Resources and Technology
* Module 4: Content and Pricing
* Module 5: The Launch Process
* Module 6: Post Launch

Each module contains 4 video presentations of about half an hour each that go together to make a 2 hour presentation. You get transcripts of the modules too. The videos are me presenting slides and desktop recordings, similar to the Conversion Blogging video I released.

Each module also contains a task sheet of around 15 pages, which outlines the core tasks to complete in that module and goes into further explanation of the strategy behind the task.

The idea of course is to launch a membership site and basically takes everything I know about product launch, membership sites and building traffic through blogging and what I’ve learned from studying other launches and courses like product launch formula by Jeff Walker.

You also get regular teleconferences where you can ask me questions, and I’ve got audio interviews with other people who have launched membership sites. There’s more planned for that program, but the core training is ready and waiting.

So far only the first group of Blog Mastermind students who graduated were invited to join Membership Site Mastermind, and about 70 of them did so (some are still going through it now).

It’s a good course, but different in structure because it’s based on video training and modules, not weekly lessons like Blog Mastermind.

If you want to build a great blog and then use it to launch a membership site or training course or any information product and you enjoy my teaching style, you will love both programs.

Congratulations on your coaching program! I just read through the sales page. The program sounds really great, solid stuff. However, I am not completely sure if I should sign up or not. My situation is probably a bit different from that of your usual students. I live in Hungary, and I intend to blog for a Hungarian audience. Also, blogging wouldn’t be a standalone project, but rather a complementary site (main purpose is marketing through publishing content, getting the word out, etc.) for an other small online business.
Some of the things in your program can’t really be applied to the Hungarian online world. Like for instance, the social networking sites, social marketing. We have our own social networking sites, but they are somewhat different than the big ones. Also, affiliate networks are just sooo much less developed here than in the English- speaking world. Buying online with credit cards are still not a wide-spread practice here. Maybe in a few years the situation will improve. So, I am just not sure if blogging could make me real money in a country where the economy is worse than ever and the people’s online habits are different from the richer western countries.
Not to mention that it takes serious consideration to enroll any coaching program when your monthly salary is just a bit above $500. (Shame, but that’s what I am making as a lectureer in a university.)
But don’t get me wroing please, I am 100% sure that BlogMastermind is a fantastic program that is well worth the price you are asking. I admire what you have achieved over the past few years, and respect your efforts and persistance.
I still don’t know what to decide, have to sleep over it.

I’m so happy I signed up and have received the first lesson. I’m not sure if I made the first 100 since I registered shortly past 10am EST but I never got an invite for the teleconference. Do you have a video or audio of the teleconference?
