   I love the concept of the 30 day challenge. I read a lot about this in Steve Pavlina’s blog and forum.

   I actually just completed a 36 day challenge of a different kind: 36 Bikram Yoga classes in 6 weeks. It was a fantastic achievement when I finished the last class.
