Do You Want One On One Blog Coaching?

I’m often emailed asking whether I do private, one on one blog coaching. As much as I like coaching I know how much time it takes so I always say no, sorry not at this time, I have my hands full with group coaching in Blog Mastermind.

And no, I haven’t changed my mind.

Authority Blogger

For those of you who want the personal attention that comes from a private coach, experienced blogger Chris Garrett recently opened up his Authority Blogger training program, which includes personal time with Chris.

Personally I think Chris is crazy offering his personal time as he will only be able to take on a few clients, but that’s the kind of work Chris enjoys, so hey, why not take advantage of him!

Seriously though, there are not many other bloggers I would recommend for coaching, but Chris is definitely one of them. He’s been in the game for years, his blog has thousands of readers and he’s focused his previous coaching on supporting individuals in a very personal capacity, so he knows how to teach and support people and help them to build great blogs.

Chris focuses on the Authority Blogging angle – in other words, how to build a blog that gets you attention, respect and trust from all the right people in your niche. He also has a system designed to take new bloggers from 0 to 1,000 readers, which is a compelling offer.

You can find out more details here –

Authority Blogger Coaching

You might be wondering if I run a blog coaching program why I would promote another coaching program? There are several reasons.

In case you haven’t realized, blogging when done right is about collaboration and support, not competition. Chris has supported me in the past so I’m supporting him now.

I also see the need for private coaching and this is something I’m not willing to do now and Chris is, at this time anyway!

Chris has a completely different teaching style and methodology to my own and there’s always room for multiple experts in any industry, so my readers deserve to know the options out there if they decide to take blog coaching.

If you are interested in becoming an authority blogger, see what Chris has to offer here -

www.authorityblogger.com/

Make sure you take a look at the offer he has now during his opening special because if you want private time with Chris, including direct email access to him and private consulting calls, you can save $300 if you order now.

His course has a one time fee too – which is a pretty good deal considering he’s willing to work with you so closely on an ongoing basis.

It’s very cool that you’re promoting such a good program, even though it’s run by another blogger. Good for you!

What I want is the popular bloggers to stop promoting all this crap and start writing something useful – like it was at the time when I subscribed to their feeds. Guess it’s time to unsubscribe.

C’mon man, be reasonable here for a minute…

Affiliate links are not all that bad, that makes somebody want to unsubscribe and all… (although some do unsubscribe if they don’t like what they see in 1 post out of 1000 posts they like, but hey, it’s a freedom of choice :D )

Even on this post, that is said to ‘only’ have affiliate links, I learn a thing or two from Yaro’s post – i.e.:

        - an authority blogger offer one on one coacing – that’s insane!
        - blogging is about collaboration and support.

I’m not attacking anyone, but let’s face it – even ‘free’ and ‘open’ content platforms such as Wikipedia and Google Knol are being monetised… this blog IS a make money online blog. If this blog is not making money through ads, affiliate links, or coaching program, who will trust Yaro?

No offense – just my 2 cents ;)

Guys – Read over my posts – even just for the last week – and you will find lots of content. Yes there are affiliate links there too, but if you don’t ever want to see an affiliate link, stop reading about how to make money online.

I can understand Bobby’s viewpoint, but I’ll counter-offer that a lot popular bloggers do both; they cross-promote one another’s programs while also offering tons of solid content. That’s what makes them so popular.

While it’s tempting, at times, to disengage because we feel we’re not getting our daily portions of meaty content, keep in mind it’s a part of the process. Plus you don’t have to go far to consume tasty content within these popular blogs; they tend to have an abundance of content…um…like right here on this blog.

By cross-promoting, we build relationships. And when all is said and done, people like to do business with people they know and trust.

Initially I felt that with all the bloggers out there, it was necessary to cretae some competition. I believe that what Yaro is doing not only helps other bloggers but also sends us a message that, “you will not survive alone”, unless you have some sort of support from others. If he can not do it, and he supports someone else to do it, I think it is great. I hope one of these days, Yaro will support me for something:)

These guys give so much away free and yet most of us still complain about the paid programs. It is quite ridiculous.

If anybody does purchase the training program I would love to hear about your experience and how it has helped.

    Hi Yaro,

It’s late and I’m tired – but I had to post this comment before I rest! I plan on immersing even further into the trainings you offer or recommend, but first I need to acknowledge the wealth of information I have already received from you, without spending a penny.

I’ve had a vision in my mind’s eye for months of the type of blog I wanted to create. However, I had been struggling in my previous platform, trying to make things work and becoming progressively more frustrated. I also had little if any notion of how to promote my vision once it was built. Then, about a month ago, I “stumbled” on this blog you have created, and from there began exploring the tutorial videos on BecomeABlogger.com.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! In that short span of time I have finally realized my dream in the ScoutForSuccess.com blog – after switching to Word Press as recommended, and then immersing myself in the intricacies of CSS, PHP and HTML to craft the aesthetic look and feel I wanted. Finally, I have an outlet for all my writing and the means to generate the passive income that will enable me to pursue my writing, travel and service goals even further. Like you, I want to share information and ideas with others, about life and business – and the business of life – while I enjoy the financial freedom that enables me to pursue that vision wholeheartedly.

I am impressed by your sincerity, your passion for what you do, and the integrity with which you present your concepts and ideas. Please keep up the good work, and I look forward to enrolling for additional training with you in the near future.

    Best regards,

Chris has a good blog, it seems like a cool program I remember reading about it a while back.

As for the affiliate links….go for it! lol. It’s amazing how many people want to come to your blog to learn how to make money from their own blog, yet get upset when you do the very things you’ve been teaching them to make money from your own blog! Doesn’t make sense to me.

This looks like a pretty good program. If I wasn’t already in your blog mastermind program, and I wasn’t loving the stuff that I’m learning, I would consider joining it. Honestly, yours is AWESOME. If any of you that are reason aren’t in the program, WHAT’s WRONG WITH YOU? Also, for those that were complaining about the affiliate products, I’m not exactly sure why you are reading this blog. Not to be disrespectful or anything, but that’s a major part of what the industry is about. FORTUNATELY, Yaro doesn’t fill his blog with random affiliate products that have no relevance. Everything that I read here is all associated, and all great content, and give me more insight into how to be a successful blogger.

You know what, all the programs are great,
but I think they aren’t worth the money.
For example your blog Yaro, how do you decide what to write in it for free and what to leave for the Mastermind program ?
What information is more valuable ?
Why people should pay for the Mastermind program when they can get tons of free information in your blog? Or it isn’t good enough ?

I want to give as much as I can- if it means clicking into affiliate link-I would do it with a pleasure.
Thank you Yaro for tips, affiliate links, your time.

Authorities and authority sites are the key to online success.

I think there’s both a human side and an SEO side. On the human side it’s all the leadership, expertise, and well, authority. It’s when you’re the go-to-guy that people point to again and again. On the SEO side, it’s your page rank and all the inbound authority links. Again, it’s authority.

The common meta-point here is that in today’s world, you can’t claim you’re the authority. The network, whether human or machine, determines the authority. It’s about who points to who.
